Winchester City Council has decided to slash the funding for its toilets in Alresford, Bishop's Waltham, Denmead, Wickham and Winchester.

In Winchester, they've covered the shortfall by pushing through an extra 'toilet tax' that will only be paid by Winchester residents even though most of the users come from across the district.
