The government have announced that Lacock Post Office (on the High Street in Lacock) is on their hit list for closure.

The branch will recieve an 'Outreach' service instead. The form this takes is up for public consultation but it is likely there will be just 16 hours service each week.

We have until January 31st to fight the decision to close this vital community service.

Please show your support to the campaign by signing the petition below. If you can help this campaign by delivering a few leaflets along your street or by donating some money, please say in the comments box.

We will be posting ongoing updates as the campaign progresses. Please let us know of anything that should be posted by e-mailing info@wiltshirelibdems.org.uk.

I, the undersigned, back Duncan Hames' campaign to save Lacock Post Office and condemn Labour plans to close 2,500 Post Offices nationwide.

If you have any further comments you would like passed onto the Royal Mail about this closure, please put them in the comments box.
