From Lorely Burt, Liberal Democrat MP for Solihull
Labour’s decision to close 2,500 post offices across Britain has arrived in Solihull. They propose to close THREE post offices locally. We have till the beginning of August to stop them.
This is devastating news for many residents and will have a huge impact on the elderly and most vulnerable members of our community as well as hitting small businesses hard.
Our Campaign
Lorely Burt MP and local Liberal Democrats have already begun a major campaign and petition to save the threatened post offices.
The three Solihull Post Offices facing closure are:
- Olton Hollow
- Haslucks Green Road
- Catherine de Barnes
Together with local residents, we will fight tooth and nail to save these vital services here in Solihull.
