Refuge TV licences petition

I/we the undersigned call for:

Women's refuges to be included in the TV licence concession scheme, so that they enjoy the same benefits as hotels, guesthouses and others, and vital funds are not diverted away from providing care and support for abused women;
TV licence enforcement activities to be reviewed to ensure that the safety of women in refuges is not compromised by inappropriate actions by enforcement officers.
