Speeding traffic is a real problem in the streets around Tooting Graveney.  Not only is this a danger to residents, but there is nuisance from traffic noise and vibrations.  The Liberal Democrats say that the best way of dealing with this is to create and enforce a 20 mph zone in the residential streets, in the area bounded by Tooting High Street, Tooting Bec Road, Rectory Lane, and the railway.
