King’s Cross and Bloomsbury residents are suffering dangerous pollution.

We've had more days of dangerous pollution in four months in 2011 than health experts say should be allowed in one year. Dirty diesel engines are on our streets and taxis sitting by the Euston Road stations are pumping out fumes into our air for no good reason.

We the undersigned call on the London Mayor and Camden Council to take the old, 15-year-old diesel taxis fouling our air off our streets.

We further call for a clean air zone to cover King's Cross and Bloomsbury to ban the oldest, dirtiest lorries and cars, while helping people on low incomes to trade in older vehicles.
