As the Government continues to cut health services across our area, local campaigners are pressing for a new Community Hospital for local people in Seaford.

The campaign is being led by local MP, Norman Baker, and Seaford County Councillor, Jon Freeman, and is backed by local newspaper the Seaford Gazette.

The petition has already attracted over 1,000 signatures and is growing by the day. Help us put pressure on the government to provide proper healthcare for local people by adding your name below.

We support the call for Seaford to have improved health facilities close at hand, and in particular the establishment of a Community Hospital in the town, with a minor injuries unit, diagnostic and treatment facilities, and the capacity to undertake minor operations.

We call on the Strategic Health Authority and local Primary Care Trust to ensure such facilities are provided as a matter of urgency.
