Westminster City Council is currently consulting on the development of the site used by Marylebone Farmers' Market. Building on the site could spell the end for the weekly market.

Farmers' markets, like the one in Marylebone, are a force for good. They help farmers to earn a decent income from what they grow and promote local and seasonal produce.

Please help us protect Marylebone Farmers' Market by signing our petition. Thank you.

We, the undersigned, oppose any development on the current site of the Marylebone Farmers' Market that will result in its closure. We believe that the farmers' market adds to the quality of life in Marylebone.

We therefore call upon Westminster City Council to reject any proposals for the development of the site, currently occupied by Moxon Street car park, that do not include adequate space for the market to continue in its present location.
