We call on Merton Council to take bold action on climate change here in Merton, so that we can make a difference where we live.

Lib Dem-run Islington council is already taking a bold step. It's proposing to invest £3million of grants into visible measures - such as solar panels, wind turbines, biomass boilers and ground source heat pumps - to reduce carbon emissions in Islington.

We want Merton Council to take the best ideas from around London to stop damage to our planet - we want a Climate Change Fund for Merton.
