Phil Willis MP supports Claire Kelley's plastics recycling campaign

Harrogate Borough Council has a poor record on recycling - 333rd out of 394 councils in England.  

Not long ago the Conservative run Council announced they were to begin a doorstep collection of plastics.   Only a few months later they went back on their pledge.

Please sign Claire Kelley's petition and join the hundreds who have already joined her in calling on the Council to collect and recycle plastic. 

I support Claire Kelley's campaign for better recycling facilities and call on Harrogate Borough Council to reconsider its decision to shelve the doorstep collection of plastics.
